Responsibilities
- Partnering with C-suite executives and their business units to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy
- Coaching leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
- Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback
- Coordinating with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business
What we’re looking for
- Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Finance, COO, and Marketing type functions
- Have proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization
- Be able to demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work
- Be able to demonstrate project management and change management experience.
- Have demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Possess consulting, coaching and facilitation skills Possess the ability to handle ambiguity with ease
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$93,900.00
Maximum:
$217,000.00
