The Partnerships team is looking to hire a talented and motivated individual to play a critical and revenue generating role in the execution of our partnerships strategy. This role will own relationships with top partners, with a focus on Venture Capital firms, advisories and professional services firms. You will work closely with the Partnership and broader GTM teams to build deep relationships with external parties, and manage the deployment and ongoing growth of these partnerships across Capchase.
A  successful candidate will have a strong venture capital network, experience in sourcing and nurturing prospective partners, implementing and managing partner relationships, and building successful partner communities.
🚀 The Job
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of venture capital firms, advisories, professional services firms, and other parties who overlap with Capchase’s customer base.
• Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition within portfolio of key partner channels
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to introduce our solution, drive new business and build deeper relationships across the partner ecosystem.
• Evangelize and conduct trainings at partner meetings, events, webinars and roundtables on Capchase’s offerings.
• Bring insights to our underwriting and sales teams to drive efficiencies and wins.
• Identify opportunities and new market trends from the VC community.
• Ensure the success of your partnerships by defining KPIs and growth targets by which we will measure success.
🧠 The Requirements
 Based in the Bay Area
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, venture capital, or other relevant experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively and thoughtfully with diverse groups, including senior executive and venture partners.
• Proven ability to develop long-term relationships and build a community of partner relationships.
• Skilled at solving complex and ambiguous problems in an organized way.
• Strong network of venture capital contacts and be knowledgeable about the SaaS sector.
• A motivator of cross functional stakeholders, able to influence and direct team members and external partners in order to deliver on the defined partner strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate individual focused on relationship management and outcomes.
• A results-oriented individual with an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work independently.
