As a Partner Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping to successfully manage our relationships with our public safety partners. You will collaborate with public safety software partners in their integration of RapidSOS-sourced data and explore ways to optimize their integrations and understanding of the value they provide to emergency communications centers. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with members of the marketing, product, public safety, and engineering teams to provide an incredible partner experience. What you’ll do: 

  • Support the Public Safety Partnerships team in order to manage and grow relationships with our partners
  • Support new public safety software partners in their onboarding, orientation to available APIs and supporting the proliferation of the integrations across their customer base
  • Foster relationships with our partners by acting as a point of contact and trusted advisor for inquiries, issues, or escalations
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and RapidSOS internal teams on collaborative efforts and to resolve any technical issues
  • Communicate closely with our partners to understand their evolving needs from a business and technical standpoint; develop an in-depth understanding of RapidSOS products and services to effectively communicate their value to partners
  • Perform partner support tasks including adding users and credentials, gathering data and reports, documenting integrations, and more
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partnership campaigns to increase the brand awareness of RapidSOS
  • Identify and improve areas in which the Public Safety Partnerships team can take ourselves to the next level, whether it be from a process or other key opportunities for growth

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

  • 3+ years experience in strategic partnerships, account management, customer success, business development roles, or other similar roles
  • Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences and ability to build rapport with partners
  • Highly self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills – fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical aptitude with the ability & willingness to quickly learn and understand complex products or services
  • Demonstrates experience in project management, adept problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills, ensuring successful outcomes and efficient execution of tasks and initiatives
  • An understanding and flexibility in working in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% of the time

Nice-to-have experience (but not required!):

  • Knowledge of public safety including CAD, CHE, logging, NG911, 911 operations and call flow
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Experience with creating documentation / training materials
  • Working knowledge of CRMs – SalesForce, HubSpot, and PlanHat preferred

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000. This role will also be eligible to receive equity options. #LI-Remote
