ClickUp is seeking a Partner Development Manager who will design and maintain communication and enablement programs supporting ClickUp’s partners. This individual will be in charge of executing content, campaigns, and events that help our partners sell and implement ClickUp to their clients.

The ideal Partner Development Manager excels at working with sales executives as well as collaborating cross-functionally with leaders in such departments as marketing, creative, communities, and professional services. This individual also is confident in designing, building, and automating recurring processes and in analyzing data that demonstrates success.

The Role:

  • Design and run compelling events that upskill our partners on ClickUp and build community, such as bootcamps, webinars, and annual awards
  • Create engaging monthly newsletters to update our partners on the ClickUp product, partner programs, and highlight upcoming opportunities and events
  • Maintain up-to-date sales collateral and marketing assets for our channel partners in the partner portal asset library
  • Manage quarterly market development fund (MDF) strategy and partner allocation
  • Design internal enablement and resources that help ClickUp teams understand when, how, and why to work with partners
  • Manage all phases of our partner qualification program for sales and service delivery
  • Collaborate with channel account managers (CAMs) to target, recruit, and onboard new partners
  • Produce executive reporting and perform ad hoc analyses on performance versus goals
  • Work on tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in marketing, communications, enablement, or program management
  • Proven track record of managing a variety of projects
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization
  • Expertise managing assets in a content management system and/or learning management system
  • Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional documentation, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
  • Experience handling priorities and timelines without significant oversight
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or a similar productivity platform is highly desirable

Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 (salary pay)
