We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Demand Generation team. This full-time position will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and optimizing our Paid Media marketing efforts to drive quality leads and revenue growth for the company. This will include paid display, paid video, programmatic, and more. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This individual will report to our Paid Media Manager and will work closely with other members of our Marketing team. This position has the option to be remote from anywhere in the US. 


  • Assist in creation, launch, and management of paid media campaigns including Google Display, Paid YouTube, Programmatic, and more
  • Work closely with the Brand, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to develop, execute, optimize, and report on integrated paid and organic efforts
  • Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine our strategy and improve campaign performance
  • Consistent A/B testing to deliver insights and drive strategy; aim to constantly improve upon campaign performance, iterating on wins and learning from losses
  • Understand and utilize persona research to drive campaign strategy and optimizations
  • Continually look for new opportunities to scale and grow paid media performance
  • Create clear and compelling ad copy
  • Take accountability for aggressive revenue goals
