Daily Order Backlog Operations:

  • Maintain the daily order backlog by incorporating new orders and updates from sales, the supply chain team, or VAR.
  • Review and validate sales quotes against submitted POs for accuracy.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely invoicing by the finance department.
  • Upload assets and generate license keys in Salesforce
  • Communicate timely and accurate updates to management and sales regarding order status, changing conditions, and factors affecting business results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution:

  • Build strong partnerships with various departments.
  • Identify and resolve issues collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
  • Work closely with the Contract Manufacturer to ensure orders are processed and built according to Customer Request Date.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Provide monthly metrics to assess order quality and timeliness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate daily priorities against orders in the queue to the operations team.

Special Projects:

  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional teams, taking on additional duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Order Fulfillment Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment.

Organizational and Detail-Oriented:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset.

Customer Service and Sales Focus:

  • Customer service and sales-centric approach.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in GSheet/Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Initiative and Innovation:

  • Quick learner with the initiative to lead projects.
  • Ability to identify problems and offer solutions.
  • Desire to innovate and contribute fresh ideas to improve operational processes and positively impact other departments.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable startup setting.
  • Adaptable, quick thinker, and resilient in the face of ambiguity.

Global Time Zone Flexibility:

  • Able to accommodate various global time zones, especially EU.
  • Willingness to work early mornings (6/7 am PST) and occasional evening hours.

Preferred, but Not Required:

  • NetSuite experience.
  • SFDC experience.
