About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational activities related to the introduction of NeuroLF system. Youl have extensive experience in nuclear medicine, managing equipment deployment, and overseeing outsourced service providers. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt of equipment from overseas, preparing sites for installation, training staff, and providing ongoing post-installation support. You will also play a key role in supporting our sales operations as subject matter expert at conferences.
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the nuclear medicine industry, preferably with a focus on Molecular Imaging.
Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements for radioactive materials and PET scanner operation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.
Noted team player with high ethics and integrity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt and customs clearance of the NeuroLF system and associated equipment from overseas suppliers.
Oversee the activities of outsourced service companies responsible for installation, maintenance, and calibration of the NeuroLF system.
Ensure all sites are fully prepared for equipment installation, including obtaining necessary licenses for radioactive materials and hot lab installation.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for site personnel on the operation and maintenance of PET scanners.
Provide ongoing post-installation support to users, including troubleshooting technical issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and prepare proposals.
Organize and attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote Positrigos products and services.
Travel extensively to support sales and service activities.
Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Manage and track budgets for operational activities.
