Operations Manager, Supply Chain

About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Operations manager to build systems and processes as we scale our managed marketplace. Our business involves a diverse constituency of stakeholders, and the Operations manager will work to build infrastructure that brings our various business units together as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Create and centralize processes that will promote efficiency, quality and best customer experience across operational stakeholders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutions that grow our business
• Leverage a wealth of disparate data and information sources to drive strategic decision making
• Project manage new operational initiatives with stakeholders across the business (operations, product, and IT)

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of operations and/or strategy work in a high growth startup or big tech environment
• Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity
• Experience working as part of a high-performing interconnected operations team
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation: Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
• Proficiency in SQl and/or Python
• Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
• Proven capabilities in evaluating operational gaps/ weaknesses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product operations and ensure seamless execution from development to launch
