Manage a dynamic group of implementation specialists overseeing the delivery of the Tebra platform.  You’ll be empowered to drive change, improve processes,  and impact individual team development.

Your Area of Focus

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Accounting, and Product teams to provide recommendations on process improvements and delivering to the customers’ expectations
  • Monitor and manage team workload and performance ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and objectives are met
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to review onboardings, provide feedback and coaching, and ultimately a strong relationship with the specialist
  • Foster open communication and an enhanced psychologically safe environment
  • Drive new developmental processes and policies that lead to increased customer outcomes
  • Own and manage customer escalations while providing the specialist with coaching
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of client industry, product, and role in the market

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a SaaS implementation or project management role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or lead a team
  • Strong communication and listening skills to provide coaching, take feedback, and facilitate issue resolution
  • Ability to quickly understand, assess and address customers’ challenges and effectively work towards resolution
  • Ability to effectively research customer complaints and be open to providing solutions to problems
  • Must be fluent in English
