Multimedia Associate Producer

You have proven experience and a passion for managing and driving livestream and video projects from inception to completion. Your fierce attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills in managing hard and fast deadlines, and strong communication skills will make you a key member of the team. Along with your experience, you possess a multifunctional understanding of livestream event and video production with the technical aptitude to consistently deliver professional events and other multimedia assets.

In this role, you will:

• Manage production of multiple livestream broadcasts per day
• Complete pre-production and post-production tasks including managing video assets in Vimeo.
• Help manage and coordinate tasks, schedules, and processes for multiple multimedia projects.
• Work closely with content creators to produce engaging and timely real-time graphics and on-screen information for live events.
• Meet aggressive deadlines, think creatively, multi-task, and effectively communicate with team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and training.
• 3+ years livestream production experience with hands-on familiarity of the required software and technology to support these events (OBS, NDI, Video switchers, other streaming encoders).
• 3+ years of video production experience.  Experience managing YouTube and Vimeo channels and playlists a plus
• Strong software / technology expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects) or equivalents, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Possess an organized, responsible, and collaborative mindset.
• Proactive ability to troubleshoot, handle the unexpected, and stay calm under pressure
• Good writing and proof-reading skills with attention to detail.
• Availability to work business hours (ET) with some irregular hours.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Not Required, But Nice to Have:  

• Experience in financial services is a plus but is not required
• Chicago location preferred

Base Compensation: Up to $80,000 depending on experience
