We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing Engagement team. In this role, you will play a critical part in owning key client campaigns, newsletters, rolling eligibility, and ongoing member marketing tactics, as well as supporting member engagement initiatives for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience executing campaigns and communications that drive member utilization and client retention.
This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Director of Member Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of recurring member campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with our brand voice.
- Manage updates to email templates, campaign lists, and marketing automation workflows.
- Present strategic campaign plans and performance insights to clients, translating data into clear recommendations.
- Work closely with CSMs to secure client buy-in on proposed campaigns and member engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints.
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets, copy, and performance reports.
- Monitor and report on key engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in engagement, lifecycle, or email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (i.e. email, print, SMS, events)
- Design experience and/or working with design teams
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus (Mailchimp, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
