As a Marketing Services Associate, you’ll work closely with our partners to understand their goals and provide them with valuable data insights, while also working closely with our internal marketing team to identify marketing opportunities and tactics that deliver immense value for partners, fans, and SeatGeek. You will showcase marketing plans and results to current and prospective partners, understand what types of marketing levers should be pulled internally for different opportunities, and be able to step back and view marketing from a fan perspective. Reporting to our Manager of Marketing Services, you’ll help coordinate marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, while also providing thought leadership and best practices.

What you’ll do

  • Own and lead the marketing relationship with several partners across our sports and entertainment verticals interfacing on a regular basis
  • Identify client needs and work cross-functionally within SeatGeek to organize marketing campaigns and solutions to meet those needs
  • Increase client satisfaction and unearth upsell opportunities
  • Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to help grow the revenues of SeatGeek Enterprise business through added value service
  • Drive key projects and initiatives related to the improvement and growth of SeatGeek’s internal teams, with a particular emphasis on identifying win-win opportunities for our clients and SeatGeek
  • Learn as much as possible about the ticketing, sports, and entertainment industry

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a client-facing role
  • Experience owning multiple relationships or projects at once and delivering success across them all
  • Expert communication and collaboration skills
  • An analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners alike to deliver successful outcomes
  • A passion for the sports and entertainment space and an eagerness to partner with venues and promoters to maximize revenue for their events
  • Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)and Pixel Tracking (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook) is a plus
  • Experience planning Go-To-Market strategies leading with data

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$100,000
