What You’ll Do

  • Create and support KPIs and dashboards for both marketing and other groups as needed
  • Continuously improve routing, scoring and reporting for all marketing-generated activities
  • Ensure accuracy of sales, marketing and CS data to drive performance and KPIs of the CMO
  • Ensure the sellers responding to inbound demand are equipped with the context from campaigns, engagement history and more to achieve ever-higher performance improvements
  • Be an effective driver of actions that increase ARR and improve Retention results across the revenue organization
  • Empower marketing leadership gains visibility into lead response, real-time engagement and conversion ratios
  • Manage critical marketing processes such as attribution, data enrichment, suppression, audiences, and campaigns
  • Build campaigns and workflows
  • Analyze and advise on demand generation and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to marketing and revenue leadership.
  • Ensure marketing team members have the required reports and dashboards to self-serve and monitor marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Manage our marketing technology stack and implement insight-driven measurement systems to help marketers improve performance
  • Make recommendations for technology consolidation and, during key moments, help evaluate new vendors to solve specific problems
  • Help integrate technology solutions as needed into the Revenue.io website and elsewhere
  • Troubleshoot system issues quickly and respond to problems as needed
  • Continually monitor and drive incremental conversion rate optimization initiatives across the marketing stack (web, email a/b testing, etc)

About You

  • Extremely passionate about using marketing technology to drive growth
  • Significant experience creating workflows, dashboards and reporting in Salesforce
  • Marketing automation management experience (Hubspot preferred, but Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua are acceptable)
  • Experience supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs, campaigns and cross-team efforts
  • A robust understanding of leveraging first-and-third party intent data and its applications is essential
  • Experience supporting a B2B marketing team with a strong sales enablement focus
  • Demonstrated expertise creating nurture campaigns and drip campaigns
  • Experience with Wordpress development
  • Account contact enrichment experience, particularly with data providers, preferred
  • Experience with sales enablement technology, an inside sales team, or a sales development team preferred
