WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee Marketing Automation and system integration, collaborating with demand generation and product teams to optimize marketing programs and staying abreast of evolving industry methodologies.
  • Lead the marketing tech stack roadmap, ensuring alignment with departmental needs from evaluation to implementation while meticulously managing the budget.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of the database function, managing the lead life cycle, refining data sources, acquisition, cleansing strategies, and implementing automated database maintenance processes.
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations, Life cycle marketing manager, and data team for comprehensive tracking and reporting, enhancing business decisions and ROI to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics for precise reporting on customer lifetime value versus acquisition costs per marketing tactic.
  • Regularly update marketing and sales stakeholders with performance insights, fostering a cohesive, data-driven marketing strategy.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ experience in marketing operations and automation, leading on enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Iterable, Market, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Ringlead or similar.
  • Experience with Iterable  +
  • Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack.
  • Proven experience with change management and organizational transformation
  • Proven experience with lead life cycle implementation
  • Proven track record of implementing and executing efficiency measures in a high-volume lead flow model.
  • (nice to have) Experience with automated outbound systems.

GOALS YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OR OWN

  • Streamline and optimize marketing processes, reducing redundancies and improving workflow to increase overall efficiency.
  • Implement data governance strategies and analytics frameworks that result in a more data-informed marketing strategy, improving decision-making accuracy through quantifiable measures
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of new marketing technologies while ensuring existing tools are fully optimized to support the department’s objectives, leading to an improvement in tech ROIs.
  • Develop robust reporting mechanisms that provide actionable insights into marketing performance, contributing to a measurable increase in key performance indicators.
  • Create and Maintain a best practice marketing calendar across all teams to ensure timely and effective marketing outreach programs.
