The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team’s efforts across various channels, including events, content strategy, product marketing, and social media. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing. Reports directly to the Growth Marketing Manager.

🚀 The Job

    • Event Execution:
    • Assist the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including trade shows, conferences, and dinners.
    • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and attendee registration.
    • Work with other departments such as Rev ops and partnerships to pull lists and formalise criteria based on ICP/personas.
    • Support the development of event collateral, including promotional materials, signage, and giveaways.
    • Coordinate travel, scheduling, and other logistics with team members tasked to attend dinner and/or conferences.
    • Occasionally attend events to assist with set up, team direction and event coordination.
    • Content Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of content marketing strategies across various platforms.
    • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and infographics.
    • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
    • Monitor and respond to social media conversations, engaging with the community, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
    • Analyze social media metrics and report to the manager.

🧠 Required Experience/Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing and/or content role (preferred).
    • B2B SaaS experience (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Social media platforms.
    • Creativity and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively.
