As a specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing automation platform and creating scalable workflows that drive customer engagement. Who will you work with? 

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will also work closely with our Analytics team to build out reporting and dashboards that provide insights into our marketing performance. 

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? 

You will have the opportunity to leverage your experience in Marketo to develop, execute, and manage campaigns across all digital channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing data hygiene initiatives and building out lead scoring models to improve funnel efficiency. 

What does it take to work at LastPass? 

  • As the Marketing Automation Data Specialist at LastPass, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform.  
  • You shall work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper data flow between our internal systems and external vendors.   
  • We expect you to identify opportunities to improve data quality, segmentation, and targeting to drive marketing performance.  
  • You will implement tracking and tagging requirements to support analytics and reporting activities across all digital channels.  
  • In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders on campaign planning, execution, and analysis across multiple platforms.  
  • We expect you to have experience with email marketing best practices and serve as a subject matter expert for email campaign management.   
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. 

 It’s great, but not required: 

  • You should have experience with marketing automation platforms.  
  • We expect you to be proficient in data analysis and manipulation using tools like Excel or SQL.    
  • You should be able to create automated workflows that trigger based on user behavior, engagement, and other criteria.  
  • You must be able to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and customer success to drive alignment and improve processes.  
  • We look for individuals who are proactive problem-solvers, able to identify areas for improvement and take action to optimize our marketing operations. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93,500 in the lowest geographic market and up to $110,625 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
