We’re looking for a Market Development leader with a passion and a solid track record building and developing a team of demand generation specialists. The primary focus of a Market Development Representative Manager is to lead a team of MDRs focused on generating pipeline that drives revenue through targeted outbound campaigns and sales plays. Sales pipeline is primarily generated through targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels. MDR managers will collaborate with peers across sales, marketing and sales operations.

Responsibilities

    • Leading a team of MDRs focused on generating well-qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting
    • Growing market share through new logo revenue generation
    • Sharing best practices, collaborating, and working with colleagues on a global scale.
    • Hire, develop and lead a team with a mission to drive pipeline generation.
    • Strategize and collaborate with sales and marketing team members while driving outbound campaigns and sales plays in alignment with Ketch’s go to market strategy.

Skills Requirements

    • Communications:  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills aligned to executive audiences; this includes developing and delivering presentations, writing emails and phone conversations
    • Critical Thinking:  Contribute to opportunity assessment through analysis based on competitive analysis, research and planning
    • Program Management:  Drive multiple, independent initiatives from idea to execution while maintaining a clear understanding of the state of play across many, varied workstreams

Experience and Other Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience leading a MDR team at a software/technology company
    • Track record of qualifying and closing consultative led sales, particularly multi-year and subscription-based services
    • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment
    • Exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceEntrepreneurial mind-set and desire to solve problems
    • Able to travel up to 25% of the time
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
