Manager, Solution Consulting

Planful is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Consulting Manager to join our dynamic consulting team. As a Solution Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of or sales efforts by leading a team of solution consultants and providing strategic guidance to prospective clients while closely collaborating with cross functional teams across the organization. You will be responsible for being the POC with the Services, Partners, and Customer Success teams to incorporate customer requirements into sales demo content and deliver defined success criteria in a timely, complete, and high-quality fashion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of solution consultants, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success in delivering compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs, effectively demonstrating the value of Planful’s software.
• Align with Regional Sales VPs in order to deliver targeted results across the broader SC team.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather requirements and understand their pain points, utilizing this information to design and present comprehensive solution proposals.
• Ensure that sales demo content is aligned with the company Go-To-Market (GTM) packages / solutions.
• Support Solution Consulting team in various projects including content, analysis, industry expertise and other various ways.

What you Bring to the Table

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Business discipline and/or equivalent experience is preferred
• Leadership experience, managing a team of Solution Consultants
• 5+ years related work experience; preferably a proven track record working with or working at a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) vendor
• Strong business acumen and understanding of multiple industries budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Familiarity with Workforce Planning (WFP), CapEx, Month-End Close, Financial Consolidation, and Vertical Performance Management themes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed to customer locations and industry events.

Pay Transparency Statement
