At Salesloft, our Manager, Employee Experience will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing People Team, and you will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience globally. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Act as the People Business Partner for Product, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Corporate Technology Teams, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic support.
  • Lead and manage a global team of People Operations Generalists and Coordinators.
  • Oversee employee support and compliance in the US and Mexico, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and policies.
  • Drive HR operations and process improvements to enhance the employee experience and ensure consistency across regions.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform workforce planning, performance management, and talent strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement and support company-wide People programs and initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts and support organizational growth in Product and Engineering functions.
  • Champion company culture and values, fostering engagement and inclusivity globally.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 8+ years of professional HR experience, including strategic partnership with leadership and managing global HR programs.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
  • Expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance across regions.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems, data analytics, and process optimization to drive impactful results.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, global setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • High level of empathy, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset, with a commitment to enhancing processes and fostering an inclusive employee experience.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation to learn our story, values, and what makes our “Lofters” unique.
  • Familiarize yourself with HR processes, systems, and global compliance requirements.
  • Begin 1:1s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and dive into your leadership responsibilities.
  • Meet your global team members, as well as key partners across the business, to understand their roles and priorities.
  • Begin meeting with the leaders you’ll be partnering with, building relationships and gaining insight into their strategic objectives.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, providing strategic guidance and managing escalations.
  • Lead ongoing employee engagement initiatives and begin identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with leadership and teams to support global People initiatives.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently oversee HR functions across regions, ensuring compliance and seamless operations.
  • Drive impactful People Team programs and contribute to the development of global HR strategies.
  • Coach and mentor your team to foster growth and alignment with organizational goals.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be recognized as a strategic leader and deliver big results across the Employee Experience and People Teams.
  • Drive a high-performing team across your departments and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees globally.
  • Set the standard for new team members, contributing to their onboarding and professional development.
