Lacework is looking for an experienced Manager, Order Management based in our headquarters, Mountain View, CA (hybrid), to build and scale our team and support the growth of sales. This role will be involved in processing both standard and non-standard deals to ensure all orders meet company bookings and revenue guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a key member within a diverse and inclusive Finance department who carries a passion to drive operational efficiencies and is constantly looking for ways to improve and accelerate the Quote-to-Cash cycle.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue, this role will deliver high-quality and visible results to our internal stakeholders and customers and will interact in depth with our Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Business Application team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process opportunities and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and ThoughtSpot by reviewing all ordering documents (including order forms, master agreements, and purchase orders) for accuracy and completeness in accordance with bookings and revenue policies.
  • Review critical opportunity fields and work with the commissions team to maintain accurate reports that drive compensation calculation.
  • Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to offer first class sales support and guidance on all deal types, including direct, reseller and marketplace orders.
  • Serve as OM subject matter expert to various business partners in Revenue, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Sales Operations, and Business Applications on all activities related to deal closure and opportunity management.
  • Perform reconciliation monthly between opportunities and sales orders.
  • Update and maintain the booking policy, booking process documentations and dashboards.
  • Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives – identify challenges, recommend solutions, and lead the execution of process and system changes (SFDC, NetSuite, etc.) as needed.
  • Assist in creating innovative solutions to the wide-range of challenges in our high-growth global business as we expand and scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or equivalent degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and NetSuite.
  • Minimum 5 years SaaS company experience required – knowledge of SaaS subscription models, pricing, ASC 606 and Channel/Reseller sales model.
  • Advanced knowledge of excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
  • Ability to understand complex business and financial issues and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
  • Process improvement and/or project management experience is a plus.
  • Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with different functions across the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results driven.
  • Requires minimal direct supervision.
  • Experience working in a SoX compliant order management process a plus

 

Salary Range: $144,000 – $190,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus + Equity
