The manager role is responsible for developing and executing Creator strategy to empower, engage, retain, and ultimately grow the business of their assigned Creator segment via scalable systems and programming. This role will work cross functionally as the voice of the customer and manage a team that supports this cohort of Creators. They will be the source of industry insights and competitive intelligence for the company.

How you will make an impact

  • Accountable for revenue retention and growth for assigned segment of creators including increasing dspost/dposters and overall creator satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with CS Partners, Growth, Marketing, and Product to develop content strategy incorporating Creator business cycle, industry insights, and product value.
  • Lead team of individuals contributors to provide best-in-industry customer support via proactive and reactive account management at scale
  • Effectively communicate LTK value proposition to Creators
  • Work closely with Growth to ensure seamless handoff and maintained engagement on the platform (as measured by dsposting)
  • Develop programming/events to drive engagement
  • Act as voice of customer to organization via product/service feedback, competitive analysis, and innovative strategy/programming
  • Relay industry insights and competitive intelligence to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Cultivate brand loyalty via Creator recognition and culture/community building
  • Manage creator comms plan for assigned segment of creators
  • Analyze key performance metrics and identify trends across segment of Creators to inform team strategy
  • Implement processes to drive efficiencies on team
  • Provide continued training and development for all team members to deliver best-in-industry support
  • Deliver scalable coaching to (i) engage and educate our creator base, (ii) increase creator performance, (iii) drive incremental revenue.
  • Understand creator needs, goals, and challenges and execute segmentation journeys to provide personalized support and guidance based on each creator group’s needs.
  • Develop retention strategies and initiatives to reduce churn and ensure long-term partnerships with creators.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, ideally in working with creators or other types of talent along with 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience in coaching entrepreneurs, conducting training and enablement oversight (or building and scaling new programs)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed growth and retention and revenue goals
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills; ability to build trust with employees and Creators at all levels
  • Proven track record of building, producing and hosting educational events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging top talent, both virtual and in-person; advanced in storytelling as a skill
  • Experience building and leading teams with clear vision
  • Experience communicating vision and strategy
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to quickly synthesize, interpret and communicate complex information to various audiences clearly and succinctly
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving Skills
  • Experience providing professional coaching
  • Knowledge of and experience with Hubspot and other customer enablement tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations.
