We are looking for an ambitious and process-driven individual to lead a team within the Clean Transportation business unit. This position will require the ability to grow, manage, and maintain business clients who entrust us with managing their clean transportation and renewable energy assets. The position will require technical skills to understand and train on the complex processes associated with our service, and details needed to ensure that asset registrations are submitted, usage is reported, credits are generated, and clients are paid and managed in an accurate, timely, and thoughtful manner. You will be leading a team of 2-6 members and providing them with guidance, support, and ongoing training.

Essential Functions

    • Experience managing a team in a remote setting and ensuring task completion by internal and external deadlines.
    • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to team members.
    • Experience in account management, triaging client inquiries by email and phone, and providing guidance to team members in such instances.
    • Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training programs to improve employee skills, productivity and quality of work.
    • Effectively lead a team to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
    • Communicate issues effectively and create solutions within the team and among SRECTrade’s leadership with the goal of advancing our overall service and business.
    • Develop knowledge of in-state programs, registries, policies and procedures and then educate internal and external parties about these complex topics.
    • Measure progress against company goals and direct your team as needed to ensure goals are achieved.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders, team members and external clients

Job Requirements:

    • 7-8 years’ relevant experience
    • 2-3 years’ experience managing a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment
    • Ambitious and proactive, with a can-do attitude
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Google Suite
    • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
    • Relevant Industry knowledge/experience
    • Account management to service, retain, and grow various types of accounts and clients
    • Passion for fighting climate change

Base Salary
Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation for this role is expected to be as follows:
$87,000-$95,000
