As the Manager of Client Implementation, you will own the end-to-end implementation of the Calibrate benefit for new clients.  In this position, you will partner externally with enterprise clients and internally with key stakeholders to ensure each client has a smooth onboarding experience and is excited to bring the Calibrate benefit to their employees.  You will be responsible for the cross-functional planning and execution of key processes required for launch.  As an early member of the Client Implementation team, you will be a part of creating scalable workflows and developing best practices for launching new clients. As the ideal candidate, you are energized by creating order in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful client launches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a trusted partner guiding clients through a best-in-class implementation journey
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to execute multifaceted client implementations
  • Enable smooth client implementation handoffs/transitions from sales to client success
  • Build, maintain, and communicate client project plans and track milestones
  • Anticipate roadblocks by identifying dependencies, facilitating communication, and surfacing scope or timeline changes
  • Regularly and effectively communicate implementation status through verbal and written forums
  • Establish and encourage adoption of project management best practices

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client implementation, account management, or similar role
  • Prior commercial experience implementing health / wellness benefits to employers
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead effective, scalable cross functional implementations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an extreme attention to detail
  • Comfort building strong interpersonal relationships with cross functional stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully operate in ambiguity and energized by creating structure
  • Energized by working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action
  • Passionate about innovation in digital health
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
