We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Ecommerce who will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain Tile customers. This will be a high-impact role managing email, push notifications, in-app, and sms communications that are seen by our millions of customers. In addition to building consumer-facing communications, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Ecommerce will also report on campaign metrics, make actionable recommendations based on data, and partner closely with cross functional and Braze partners to create delightful customer experiences.

This will be a full-time project employee contracted through the end of the year. The salary range for this position is $10,875 to $15,833 per month. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits. 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end cross-channel (email, in-app, sms, push) marketing campaign process from concepting, brief kickoffs, design advisory, translation/localisation, launch, and reporting
  • Contribute to forecasting, reporting and strategy adjustments to ensure revenue targets are hit
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure planned initiatives meet deadlines and are ready for seamless launch
  • Test marketing campaigns with test engineering and marketing QA teams
  • Build campaigns leveraging email, in-app, and push notifications in our Braze marketing engagement platform
  • Work with the creative and development teams to make copy and design edits that are optimized for user experience and results
  • Aggregate, summarize, and share campaign results that have clear insights and takeaways

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with DTC ecommerce environments highly preferred
  • A hustle “can-do” attitude with a growth mindset
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Braze preferred)
  • Effective time management, creative, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong in data analysis and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong communicator who excels in fast-paced and collaborative environments
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
