You are:
●       A roll-up your sleeves, let’s get down to business type
●       Authorized to work in the United States and a resident in a United States time zone
●       Comfortable with travel for events and shows as needed
●       Someone who knows when, who, and how to ask for help

What you have:
●        2-3 years experience in development or partner project management for a SAAS provider
●        Naturally curious about the root cause of technical problems and engineering solutions that are “built-to-last”
●        Comfortable with reaching out to team members and partner technical stakeholders for assistance
●        Enjoys being a “team player” by sharing knowledge, experiences, and skills to contribute to the team’s overall success.
●        Well-spoken and comfortable interacting with partners daily in both a sales and consultative capacity
●       Obsessed with providing excellent customer service and working with those who do
●     Knowledge of scripting, development languages and Internet application components
●     Working knowledge of e-commerce and payments ecosystems is preferred
●     Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
●     Proven track record in sales, technical sales, or consultative technical support
●     Social ease and a strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships with a variety of different people and personality types
●     Experience using postman to Test APIs preferred
●     A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field that supports the key responsibilities of the job is strongly preferred

What you may have:
●       Experience with SQL querying (we use Postgres but any dialect would be sufficient) preferred

A day in the life as our Partner Technical Solutions Specialist may include: 
●     Work in partnership with Payment Operations to manage the Technical Solution Process
●     Attending Hand Off meetings and providing input on partner’s technical support requests
●        Attending sales meetings with partners in the sales process to address technical related requests
●        Review pending and open cases with partners and check in with external team members for resolution or response we can provide to the partner.
●        Collaborate with Technical Resource Manager to develop technical resources and content
●        Collaborate with Operations Analyst to provide status updates on the current health of partners in production
●        Communicate with Tilled Developers, Product, and Payment Operation teams to address partner inquiries and cases.
●     Develop and coordinate with technical implementation to provide support to our business channels and clients
