Returns is Veho’s second product line, looking to remove friction in the customer returns experience with our flagship product Home Pickups, and driving exceptional cost savings and speed for our B2B customers with best-in-class reverse logistics. As the founding Product Manager focused only on Returns, you will help ideate and create frictionless experiences for our returns end customers, driving growth initiatives for B2B clients and returns portal integrations to make them want to work with us, while working cross-functionally to ensure we have the infrastructure in place to support returns systems and operations. You may work on any number of greenfield products from backend automation to customer facing communication, that help us improve the end-to-end returns experience for the customer, client and our operations. You will take ownership of shaping and bringing to life this holistic vision. This includes a heavy focus on the data infrastructure, the Consumer and Driver mobile apps (Veho Mobile), and cross-functional facility and operational systems. This role will play an important strategic role in shaping the long term direction for the Veho customer experience and business strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

    • Working hand-in-hand with the GM of our Returns business to help nail product-market fit and make product strategy a core pillar of the business strategy
    • Collaborating with engineering, design, and horizontal business partners and product partners
    • Collaborating on our overall consumer strategy and ecosystem in close partnership with the Client and Consumer teams
    • Creating a prioritized roadmap and rapidly launching features for Veho’s Returns business across foundational work, core operational and logistics systems, and various growth initiatives that largely focus on defining and improving the customer experience
    • Conducting user research
    • Understand and synthesize security and compliance requirements in PRD’s
    • Designing, running, and evaluating experiments
    • Making customer insight and data backed recommendations
    • Developing rich PRD’s which inform and guide the team
    • Mocking up wireframes in tools such a Figma
    • Creating stories to clearly articulate intent for the Engineering team
    • Autonomously owning features from concept to maturity

Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management
    • 3+ years experience coordinating between multiple project stakeholders including technical program managers, operational leadership and software development teams

Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Experience building consumer facing mobile applications
    • Ability to move with a high degree of velocity while balancing quality
    • Experience with exceptional customer facing digital products
    • Experience with digital marketing and advertising
    • Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Willingness and ability to learn and lean-in wherever there is a need
    • Strong analytical problem solving skills; an ability to pull and analyze data using using SQL and BI tools and take a ‘data first’ approach
    • Ruthless prioritization to focus on the most impactful features and products
    • Strong customer intuition; proven success translating customer needs into crisp product requirements
    • Ability to operate effectively in white to gray spaces
    • Passionate team player that takes ownership, is candid with feedback, and treats everyone with respect.
