Be a valued new addition to the team as one of the first Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) at Within3: the platform that transforms how life science companies advance their work. By introducing Within3 to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies, you will be helping to accelerate the pipeline of medical breakthroughs we all rely on.

In addition to seeking new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients, you will gain hands-on mastery of bedrock skills that unlock leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business.

You will evangelize Within3 from initial contact to the point where there is a readiness to speak with business development.   • Spark the curiosity of potential clients through phone and email
  • Listen closely to movements in the market that inform our product, positioning, and services
  • Discover the needs of those with whom you speak and thoroughly understand their positions
  • Be part of a close-knit, energized team collaborating on identifying high-potential accounts and the best ways to approach them
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and the Within3 Business Development Team


  • Life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience preferred, but a strong interest in the field is also acceptable
  • A self-starter who can focus and has a history of finding multiple ways around obstacles
  • Excellent listener/learner who is a good communicator, particularly over the phone
  • A passionate professional, preferably with at least two (2) years of relevant marketing or sales experience generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads over the phone, with email, and possibly also through social channels in conjunction with a dialer/customer relationship management platform (salesforce.com)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques is a strong asset
  • Cold calling skills are a huge plus
  • Track record of achieving quotas is also a significant plus
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • A readiness to learn how to have effective meetings over technologies like Zoom
  • Enjoys good-natured competition
  • Hungry to learn and try new ways of doing business
