Coalition is looking for a Growth Lead Analyst to join our team. Data is an integral part of the Coalition decision-making process and learning-based culture. As a key member of the Growth Team, you will help answer the question: How can we dramatically increase the number of successful people with our platform? The Growth Lead Analyst is a key member of the growth team (product, marketing, engineering, and data) responsible for driving significant and sustainable user growth across the lifecycle. This person will help us create data frameworks, build the data collection engine, run experiments, explore the data, and be a catalyst for change through data-driven insights. You will work with a high-achieving and fast-moving team, including professionals from renowned organizations such as the CIA, Facebook, Google, Splunk, Cloudflare, Salesforce, etc. Our immediate growth team comprises individuals from leading growth companies in the consumer and enterprise sectors. Larger projects you’ll lead include building and maintaining large data sets used by the entire company while adhering to good data hygiene and analytics best practices.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Perform online campaign reporting, and conversion analyses, and interpret results to develop recommendations
- Package and present analytical findings, effectively communicating complex concepts to various levels of the organization
- Assist the marketing team in setting KPIs and success metrics for large marketing campaigns, ensuring data collection
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Build and maintain large data sets, adhering to data hygiene and analytics best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably in a SaaS startup environment, required
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field, required
- Proficiency in marketing analytical software like Google Analytics or similar, preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Terminal/IDE, R, Python, Juptyer, etc. – at least one preferred
- Familiarity with outbound software like Outreach, Mixmax, etc. preferred

- An emphasis on projects, outcomes, and processes rather than strict education or industry experience
- An ability to collaborate effectively with peers from diverse backgrounds, including mid-career technology marketers, sales leaders, security engineers, and software engineers
- Possess the ability to identify opportunities within internal and external data sets to market our cyber insurance product effectively
- Experience in scraped data or unique data sets
- Experience with paid data providers (e.g., Hunter, Rocket Reach, Apollo, Salesloft, Zoominfo)
- Scrappiness in approach and experience in campaigns or products

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $87,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $135,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee’s pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
