As an Intern on the Innovation team, you contribute to exploring new ideas and solutions that drive the company’s strategic goals. You work closely with the innovation team to support the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and identify opportunities for growth. Your role involves researching trends, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life.

What you do each day:
- Assist in launching, management, and distribution of scholarship program including new partner acquisition
- Assist in production and logistics of offline and online events
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in interactions with individuals at various organizational levels, including senior executives, and maintain respect and poise in all conversations.
- Provide administrative support to the innovation team as needed
- Help track project progress and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Support the innovation team with data analysis and project documentation
- Contribute to the development of presentations and reports on innovation projects
- Assist in researching emerging industry trends and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to ongoing discussions
- Learn and apply professional concepts related to innovation methodologies
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
