We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will provide personalized service, educate clients on their coverage options, and help them make informed decisions to protect their assets and financial well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
  • Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documents to clients.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to provide seamless service to clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Continuously work towards meeting or exceeding established sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Valid insurance sales license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay ranges for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, are listed below. $64,800$86,400 USD
Colorado and Washington Pay Range:
$54,000$72,000 USD
