What you’ll do:
- Conduct in-depth software training for small to mid-range businesses via webinar to update live customers on product features and enhancements
- Consult live customers on best practices for their business and create processes to put those best practices to use
- Conduct warm handoff calls with newly signed customers and welcome them to the implementation process
- Be subject matter experts for FieldRoutes modules (Sentricon, Trend Reporting, SalesRoutes) and act as a resource for live clients on those modules
- Regularly survey recently live customers to get feedback for the implementation team
- Maintain weekly check-ins with customers in the implementation process
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- At least 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Onboarding or implementation experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner and willing to be flexible
- Experience with FieldRoutes is a plus
- Where you’ll work:
- We’re 100% remote with HQ located in McKinney, TX.
- he expected salary range for this role is between $38,000 – $55,000. A
