You’re a wizard when it comes to navigating, implementing, optimizing and maintaining Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). You have led or been involved in many projects, including successfully assessing, selecting and implementing systems like UKG, Paycom, Paylocity and ADP.  You have experience processing payroll and have also led or been part of a PEO transition effort.  You want to use your knowledge, experience and passion for all things systems and data to add value to a variety of clients while maintaining a work-life balance. (Really, we mean it!) You have worked a 9-5, endured lengthy commutes and you are ready for your career to look and feel differently but aren’t sure if that opportunity really exists. (Hint: IT DOES!)  You are content working a flexible schedule from a few hours a week to full time on occasion.
Your natural communication approach is one that effectively, respectfully, and inclusively builds a sense of belonging among employees who differ from one another. You are able to successfully translate your technical knowledge to any audience so that they understand the message you are conveying.  You are not afraid to get into the weeds but you are also a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver.  Your “system focused brain” helps you to be able to find ways to cohesively meet project milestones while also supporting key stakeholders and business drivers.

With the exception of scheduled video meetings, you get to work in the comfort of your own home in your PJs if you’d like! (This is part of that work-life balance we were talking about!)
