What you will be working on

Our HR intern will be working 20-25 hours per week to help keep our department organized and as accurate as possible. We look to our intern to improve the flow of our team, so they should feel comfortable suggesting how we can streamline our everyday processes. In turn you will work closely with the members of the Americas People team, and report directly to the VP People to help take your in-class knowledge and give you real world application. Below are just some of the responsibilities of the HR intern.

  • Support the team with various project-based work both regional and global
  • Work with the HRBP team to continuously enhance the hiring and on boarding process
  • Assist the VP of People on enhancing and embedding our mentorship program
  • Assist with the maintenance and updates to the employee profiles on our HRIS
  • Manage all employee verification requests
  • Support our 30-day new hire survey by gathering and analyzing the results
  • Assist the HRBP team to take feedback and prove any gaps with key stakeholders
  • Learn about the company’s HR policies and other HR-related items to be able to respond to internal staff inquiries
  • Create reports on HR related process when needed
  • Assist/Manage various projects and responsibilities as needed



Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has a passion for Human Resources and the future of work. Our internship will provide an opportunity to learn many core competencies needed to be successful in HR. You will also receive hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic People team within a global tech company

  • Enrolled in a senior level bachelor’s degree HR program or in a master’s program in Human Resources
  • Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of HR procedures, U.S. labor laws, and compliance standards
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word, excel, etc.)
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and great time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
