We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Benefits Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our global Benefits and Total Rewards function. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to employee benefits, HR processes, and operational support in a professional setting. You’ll work closely with HR professionals and external vendors, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, life, retirement, and wellness offerings.
- Respond to employee queries related to benefits and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Assist with the coordination of benefits meetings, events, and vendor calls, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for benefits vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal policies.
- Help maintain accurate records in HR systems and conduct audits of benefits data.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal benefits communications and materials.
- Support the planning and execution of open enrollment, including testing systems and assisting employees.
What you’ll bring:
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee benefits, HR operations, or business administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with procurement systems or HRIS a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
