This is a behind the scenes role that will be supporting a team of specialists. The person in this role must have the highest level of attention to detail to be successful and must also be willing to help out where needed especially in an administrative and task capacity. This is primarily a heads down task focused role.
- Backup for Benefits Administration
- Backup for processing payroll
- Backup for administrative onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Handle administrative supporting tasks for recruiters by juggling multiple full calendars and coordinating the behind the scenes work of recruiting
- Assist with scheduling and other administrative support for our learning & development projects
- Assist with employment law compliance
- Help the HR team be flawless in their roles with your amazing administrative support
- We use the following systems Namely, Culture Amp, Litmos,Google Workspace (email, docs, sheets etc) , and Excel.
- Must have top-notch attention to detail.
- Impeccable follow up and follow through.
- Someone who is not deterred by roadblocks but can address them autonomously with skill and grace.
- Must be able to collaborate and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of employment law.
- Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator, payroll administration, or past experience with benefits enrollment and employee retirement plans.
Systems and technical work from home requirements:
- Must have access to a wired internet connection
- Must have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection
