We are seeking a Senior Manager to prove the economic value of Twin’s programs to payers, provider groups, and policy makers. You will help define Twin’s health economics and outcomes research strategy which will include publishing research, refining our client facing measurement approach, and collaborating closely with key accounts. Finally, you will act as an internal thought leader for Twin’s Clinical and Growth teams by creating actionable strategies to enhance our client value proposition.

You enjoy wearing multiple hats and are excited to take on responsibilities that might not be within your job description. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders at strategic accounts and provide regular health economics insights
- Author internal whitepapers and external-facing publications
- Quantify financial savings and clinical outcomes of Twin’s products and services using best-practice statistical methods to inform client ROI
- Refine client value proposition and corresponding collateral as it relates to Medical and Pharmacy expense reduction as well as Clinical outcomes
- Develop a claims-based dashboard ecosystem for regular monitoring of key partner outcomes
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 6+ years of healthcare analytics experience at a health plan, provider group, consulting firm, or related healthcare vendor/entity
- Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or pharmacoeconomics preferred.
- Experience in leading program results discussions with payers, including executive audiences as well as technical ones
- Experience developing and executing against project plans for cross-functional efforts
- Technical qualifications
- Deep understanding of Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data
- Proficient with SQL, R or other programming languages to extract, summarize, and analyze large claims data sets
- Experienced building statistical and or machine learning models
- Proficient with PowerPoint
Key skill qualifications
- Ability to synthesize insights and communicate in a clear, concise, easy to understand manner
- Strong critical thinking and active listening skills to infer business needs, grasp underlying context, and translate goals to effective solutions
- Extremely detail oriented and focused on ensuring accuracy in your deliverables, as many items will be shared directly with our Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $160,000-$170,000 annually.
