The Role
As the first People Operations hire at Panther, this person will have the pleasure of building our recruiting process from scratch, hiring amazing & diverse talent for our fully-remote team, and empowering our existing Panthers to reach their full potential.

In this role, you’ll get to:

    • Build out the People Operations function at Panther from the ground up
    • Create and execute on a winning talent acquisition strategy, developing a world-class hiring experience for all Panther candidates at every stage of the hiring process and beyond
    • Work with the founders to build an employer brand we can proud of
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting across teams and functions helping our team grow from 12 to 30 to 100 and beyond

We’d love to talk to you if:

    • You have 5+ years of experience in a talent-focused role with 2+ years experience in a leadership role
    • You have experience in organizational and company design particularly with designing company structures, performance frameworks and using data-driven techniques to measure success
    • You are dedicated to creating a great candidate experience
    • You are a natural communicator and can engage the room effortlessly when presenting, speaking, and demonstrating
