Array is hiring a dynamic Product Marketing Lead/Product Marketer with 5+ years in B2B with enterprise level clients, in the fintech or financial services arena. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating demand for Array’s products and services through effective messaging and marketing programs. Working across the sales and product teams, the Product Marketing Manager will help create clear product messaging and collateral to help drive sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams
  • Work closely with product development team to determine the key value drivers that will best resonate with prospects
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).
  • Create marketing plans  to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create awareness and demand for Array services.
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of products.
  • Identify untapped opportunities through interviews, surveys and sales data.
  • Research competitor offerings.
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • Large-scale event management experience a plus
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience in market analysis.
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics and integrating marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Creativity and out of the box thinking.
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Marketo, Pardot and Omniture).
  • Proficient in productivity applications including CRM tools, Slack, Project, Basecamp and Salesforce.
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software preferred.
