About the Role:

The Head of Product role will be responsible for scaling the product organization at Rockerbox. In this role, you will be leading and growing a product team consisting of 4 product managers, 1 designer, 1 product operations manager, and 1 product enablement manager, as well as collaborating closely with our engineering team of 18 members and a dedicated product marketing support team to develop and launch innovative products.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Rockerbox’s mission and goals.
  • Define and optimize the Product process (roadmap cadence, spec requirements,  hand offs to engineering and launch)
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product team.
  • Define and track key product metrics and performance indicators.
  • Understand our customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure product nee


  • Proven experience in product leadership roles at SaaS companies.
  • Experience managing a product organization of 10 minimum and scaling it as needed. Experience coordinating with engineering orgs of 20+.
  • Have scaled businesses from 8-figure ARR to $25M ARR
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
