The Enterprise Partnerships Leader is a B2B business development role and is responsible for developing new enterprise level relationships for ChannelApe to expand its digital fulfillment platform.
We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after fulfillment. As head of partnerships, you have a substantial impact at ChannelApe. You will help drive success for us through identifying, developing, and managing opportunities to provide return solutions to retail brands.
We’re helping purpose driven brands effectively compete against larger marketplaces and traditional retail by offering their end customers an amazing experience.

What you’ll be doing

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to prospective warehouse and technology partners.
    • Traveling to conferences, prospective customers, warehouse partners and technology partners.
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with named partners including joint value proposition definition, sales enablement, partner enablement, and co-marketing.
    • Build and grow relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage and track partnerships against Enterprise pipeline and revenue targets.
    • Drive urgency around partnerships and help sales teams engage the right partners early in their territory and account strategy.
    • Work closely with Enterprise sellers to navigate partner ecosystem during sales cycles; serving as a day-to-day contact and point of escalation, as needed.
    • Build out global relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms including prospecting and identifying new contacts, engaging and educating partners, and nurturing relationships.
    • Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Solutions, Partner Marketing and other internal stakeholders on business development/demand generation, sales cycle support, and ensure alignment of Strategic Partnerships into key initiatives driven by ChannelApe.
    • Manage a portfolio of Channelape’s most visible strategic partnerships
    • Own meaningful revenue, customer acquisition, and other key outcomes for ChannelApe and for partners
    • Gain the confidence with everyone you work with, at all levels of the partner’s organization
    • Be incredibly close to performance data and use insights to drive decisions
    • Anticipate and manage operational and organizational risks that could put things off-course
    • Collaborate with our Product, Marketing, Risk, Customer Success, and Communications teams to drive outcomes
    • Leverage successes and failures to develop repeatable frameworks

Who you are

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development, alliances/partner management, and/or partner activation/enablement
    • Pipeline management and demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships with tact and diplomacy.
    • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations, and ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage with all levels of an organization.
    • Impressive business and financial acumen, with the ability to uncover and understand unique business problems across a range of industry sectors.
    • Curiosity, authenticity, imagination, and creativity to build world-class go-to-market programs that meet partner and ChannelApe needs.
    • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company delivering disruptive solutions
