Finch is looking for a Head of Marketing to join and expand our marketing team. In this role, you will own Finch’s marketing strategy and execution. You’ll manage and build out our marketing team and scale our marketing engine to connect with customers and partners. Marketing is core to our growth strategy as we power mission-critical use cases for our customers so this is a unique opportunity to convey our value proposition and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

    • Own the marketing team build-out
    • Collaborate closely with the sales, success, and product teams
    • Conduct experiments across channels to identify methods to connect with target personas
    • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
    • Set quarterly/annual marketing goals and budgets
    • Manage 3rd party agencies such as content marketing and marketing operations
    • Organize and maintain marketing operations processes
    • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Who You Are

    • 7+ years of product or growth market experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing channels and content strategies
    • Demonstrable track record of implementing and tracking successful campaigns
    • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • Articulate, clear, and concise written and spoken communication
