About this role
This role would report to our Director of Revenue Operations. A GTM Systems Associate would be responsible for owning and managing the commercial team’s tech stack in order to improve the team’s operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

    • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders, identifying and solving key commercial challenges.
    • Develop, track, and analyze key metrics to improve performance across the commercial team.
    • Administer and maintain the commercial team’s tech stack, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
    • Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes to enhance sales team effectiveness.
    • Implement automation to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting processes.
    • Assist with account enrichment, market segmentation, territory mapping, and capacity planning.
    • Ensure efficient lead assignment, pipeline management, and account handoff processes.

What makes a great candidate

    • In-depth experience with CRMs, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and sales enablement software (e.g. Outreach or Salesloft, Salesforce & Hubspot, Looker & Tableau, Chorus & Gong, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.)
    • Salesforce Administrator a plus
    • A complete command of all things Excel
    • A knack for data, a love of graphs, and a deep fear of numbers that don’t add up
    • Proficiency with SQL
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize on the fly and operate autonomously
    • Experience performing listed job responsibilities at a fast growing startup
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
    • An entrepreneurial mindset – we’re an early-stage startup so we’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook. We want you to help build it.

What’s going to be the hardest part

    • The most challenging part of the role is prioritizing urgent, ad-hoc requests from stakeholders with high-impact but less urgent strategic initiatives.

Compensation

    • Salary range for this role is
$90,000 – $115,000 a year
