We’re seeking a talented and driven GTM Recruiter to join our People team. In this role, you will focus on recruiting top-tier talent for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll be critical in building the teams that drive our growth and success.

 

This fully remote role reports to the GTM Recruiting Manager and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Specialize in recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, offering timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring process.

 

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a tech startup or fast-growing company.
  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles, with a strong understanding of the skills and attributes required for success in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success positions.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A track record of successfully filling roles in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

 

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $100,000 – $125,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
