The Revenue Operations team is looking for a GTM Operations Lead for our Retail product. This role is the bridge between Product and Revenue organizations; we set the Revenue plan, and ensure execution and operations against the plan. The right candidate will build strategy and drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, business development and customer success teams.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Build the global Revenue plan – who to target, what to sell, and how to sell.
  • Define sales plays, cross sell & upsell motions to deliver on the Revenue plan.
  • Run product revenue performance reviews to understand target performance and pacing to target.
  • Synthesize product gaps that are hindering target performance in order to influence the product roadmap.
  • Monitor roadmap enhancements and international market expansion to ensure sales activation.

This role is a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in GTM, sales, business development and/or strategy.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Past experience in SaaS or eCommerce technology; experience in Retail is a plus.
  • Ability to take a quantitative and analytical approach to setting strategy with operational and business judgment and an excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and the ability to facilitate conversations.
