The Revenue Operations team is looking for a GTM Operations Lead for our GMV Revenue Growth plays. This role will work closely with our MSM team to build and execute on strategies to retain and grow the GMV of our existing merchants. The right candidate will build strategy and drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, business development and customer success teams.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Build GMV Revenue Growth plans – who to target, what to sell, and how to sell.
- Run revenue performance reviews to understand individual/team target performance, and pacing to target.
- Synthesize product gaps that are hindering target performance in order to influence the product roadmap.
- Monitor roadmap enhancements and international market expansion to ensure sales activation.
This role is a good fit if you have:
- Experience in GTM, Sales, Account Management, business development and/or strategy.
- Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Past experience as an Account Manager or MSM is an asset.
- Ability to take a quantitative and analytical approach to setting strategy with operational and business judgment and an excellent attention to detail.
