This is the perfect opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career in Marketing and Sales Operations. As the Growth Operations Specialist, you’ll work cross-functionally to help us develop and execute on the processes needed to hit our revenue targets. You’ll work inbound leads and ensure they are converted into booked meetings. You will assist in developing the dashboards seen every day by Hone executives and the reports needed to keep the business running. You’ll sit on the Growth Marketing team but also work closely with our Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to troubleshoot problems, integrate new systems, and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

Responsibilities:

    • Support our marketing and sales goals with systems and data management, ensuring workflow execution and reporting accuracy
    • Own the sequencing process for all inbound ‘hand raiser’ leads to get meetings booked, ensuring prompt and appropriate follow up
    • Coordinate our email marketing programs – building and maintaining lists, building emails, reporting on email performance
    • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report on our data to increase marketing and sales productivity
    • Ensure data quality and cleanliness within marketing and sales systems
    • Be an internal expert on various marketing and sales processes and help to create, communicate, and roll out new, efficient processes within the departments
    • Support marketing campaign planning, execution, and reporting
    • Troubleshoot issues related to tools and lead routing
