We seek a Growth & Strategy Manager located in the USA to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate the growth and monetization of airSlate’s product portfolio. The growth team owns pricing strategy company-wide, upsell process via PQLs from airSlate’s large individual user base, and supports the CEO on strategic topics, including GTM strategy, product strategy and monetization. The Growth & Strategy manager will be a key member of airSlate’s growth team, providing strategic insights to teams and departments throughout the organization and working cross-functionally to accelerate the company’s highest-priority initiatives.

Qualities we seek in you:

    • Proficiency in analytical thinking, capable of deriving insights from data and delivering top-notch presentations.
    • A propensity for considering multiple perspectives, particularly those of customers.
    • Demonstrated strength in business acumen across various domains, facilitating collaboration with teams in marketing, sales, customer success, and product development.
    • Familiarity with common SaaS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their practical applications.
    • Exceptional presentation abilities.
    • Robust capabilities in data analysis and/or financial modeling.

What we expect from you

      • 3-7 years experience in the combination of the following:
– Product marketing, product management, strategy or customer success at a growing SaaS company
– Corporate Development, Investor Relations, FP&A
– Venture capital, investment banking, management or strategy consulting
– Early-stage start-up experience wearing many different hats

What helps you rock:

    • Prior growth or strategy experience at a SaaS company
    • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth strategy
    • Experience with pricing analysis or conversion rate optimization
$105,000 – $145,000 a year
This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. Salary is just one component of airSlate’s total compensation package for employees.
