Contentstack is looking for an incredible Group Product Manager to lead our flagship CMS product. By navigating the competitive market, interviewing users, measuring product usage, researching new technology and understanding best practices for CMS workflows, you will be the subject matter expert on content management. A deep understanding of crafting digital experiences for the web, coupled with a strong vision for what large businesses need to gain an edge. - Own Contentstack’s CMS roadmap and product outcome
- Partner closely with a brilliant engineering team to build a winning roadmap to help Contentstack complete the content lifecycle
- Conduct competitive research to keep us a step ahead of the competition and contribute content for competitive sales and marketing campaigns
- Partner with our sales engineers and solutions architects to ensure they’re equipped with solutions and training as well as gather feedback from them on real customer implementations
- Help incubate new services and products to make Contentstack an ergonomic and enjoyable tool in the developer’s toolbox
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and implement data-driven activities for improving conversions and engagements
What Really Gets Us Excited About You?
- 10+ years of experience as a product manager for enterprise software (ideally SaaS) products
- 5+ years of REST and GraphQL-based app development and modern development architectures
- Extensive experience with agile development practices and modern product management tools
- Technical acumen to understand how developers build for the web today
- Experience with CMS terminology and tools, such as WordPress, Contentful and Adobe Experience Manager is a huge plus
- Insatiable curiosity about the future of web development
- The ability to be a team player as well as to clearly articulate, educate, engage, inspire, influence, and make people smile
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to turn complex concepts into simple ideas, and ambiguity into clarity; able to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Some travel will be required
Salary for this role ranges between $190,000 – 215,000 based on skill set and experience
