  • Strategically plan and manage global logistics solutions, partners, routing guides, transportation, and customer service for existing roadmap and emerging markets
  • including Middle East, EMEA,EU, non-EU and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
  • Efficiently manage, streamline, and synchronize order fulfillment operations, encompassing revenue, service, and POC orders, in collaboration with diverse 3PL providers, freight forwarders, couriers, and contract manufacturers
  • Oversee and facilitate the management of all RMA shipments and clearances.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for all logistical matters including shipment exceptions, clearance, and final delivery to the customer.
  • Provide logistics support for customer, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Ensure that orders for revenue and POC shipments are delivered on time.
  • Manage and track movement of deliveries, provide daily update and track and trace to the field.
  • Identify exceptions and work with couriers for resolution.
  • Proactive and timely communication around open requests and exception
  • Identify and evaluate potential logistics partners, negotiate contracts, and establish strong business relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective services with Contract
  • Manufacturers, 3PL Providers, Warehouse providers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate commercial invoices and SLI for international shipments and review contracts
  • Manufacturer CI to ensure necessary paperwork is setup prior to shipments.
  • Accountable for monitoring and optimizing logistics metrics and KPIs, such as on-time delivery, shipment exceptions, expedited shipments, freight spend, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions
  • Assists in month end and quarter end close
  • Provide freight billing and department codes to Finance
  • Audit shipment invoices and spend
  • Responsible for all POC returns from the field
  • Coordinate, arrange, and schedule collection from the customer
  • Coordinate return and receipt with contract manufacturer and drive refurbishment status
  • Inbound and receiving any POC Returns from the field that are returned to VAST
  • Perform item receipt for purchase orders and POC Returns
  • Responsible for maintaining master parts list and proving export classifications, HTS codes, ECCNs.

  • Willingness to travel to various inventory and logistics staging location, including vendors, partners, distributor, warehouses, contract manufacturers, and offices


  • Bachelor & #39;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional are a plus)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in international logistics, including import and export requirements, HTS classification, ECCN determination, clearance processes, and BIS standards.
  • Familiarity with shipments to the Middle East, Japan, and South America
  • Knowledge of return shipments and reverse logistics
  • Understanding of Salesforce and asset management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Workspace, and Jira
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in global logistics, preferably in a multinational company or logistics service provider
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes (air, ocean, road, rail) in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • Proficiency in logistics management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Netsuite)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for interaction with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing logistics documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to travel as required.
