Global Head of Credit Card Lending

The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions. We need a Global Head of Credit Card Lending who’ll be the go-to person on all things credit cards. You’ll drive product development, improve funnel conversion, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain the best quality on all aspects of the product and customer journey.

You’ll ensure we deliver the highest quality product features, support, and service levels. We need a Leader with capital ‘L’ to own product building and retail credit products, as well as an awesome boss to collaborate occasionally with technical Product Owners and the Engineering team.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the lending team to define and implement the strategy for all Revolut Credit Card Lending
• Managing the overall risk of the Revolut Credit Card portfolio
• Driving business performance and sustainable growth
• Managing regulatory relationships with regulators and local authorities
• Establishing and executing the territory’s underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policy and activities

What you’ll need

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• 7+ years of experience as a Bank Executive (ExCo is a real advantage)
• Deep knowledge and experience in credit card products
• Steady entrepreneurial drive and personal resilience
• Extensive experience building and managing credit decisioning/risk models and regulatory engagement
• An understanding of credit portfolio performance
• The ability to recruit and lead a team
• The ability to think and reason logically

Compensation range

• US: $219,600 – $244,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
